A firm is added only after two checks. Its own site has to be live and describe the work. A second, independent source has to agree. Until enough firms clear that bar, this site does not name firms and does not rank anyone.
Nobody pays to be ranked. A firm cannot buy a position when the list is published.
You can still read how to choose a fractional CMO, and what the work usually costs. Both pages say what is an estimate and what is not. If you want one fractional CMO to contact you, the form on the list is free and you do not have to hire anyone.
If you run a firm and want to be considered, use For partners. Asking does not put you on the list.
